Description
Attention drifts; physics does not. The Sentinel’s camming geometry clamps down on the rope the instant it loads, backing up your brake hand during the fall you did not see coming at the end of a long day. Feeding slack stays smooth for lead belays, lowering is controlled by a progressive lever motion, and the whole thing works with single ropes from 8.5 to 10.5 millimeters. Includes a matched locking carabiner.

Caught my partner’s surprise whip while I was mid-sneeze. Enough said.

Our gym requires assisted braking and this was half the price of the big names.

Feeds slack well once you learn the thumb position. Manual could be clearer.
